This role offers the opportunity to provide high-quality customer support within a fast-growing international Forex and financial services environment.You will serve as a key point of contact for clients, helping them navigate account setup, onboarding, trading platforms and day-to-day queries.The position combines strong customer service with practical knowledge of FX/CFD trading and platforms such as MT4 and MT5.You will support clients across multiple communication channels while ensuring issues are resolved efficiently and professionally.Working with international teams, you will contribute to smooth onboarding, customer satisfaction and long-term client retention.The role also provides exposure to KYC processes, CRM systems, technical troubleshooting and compliance-related workflows.It is well suited to a multilingual, service-oriented professional who enjoys solving problems and working in a dynamic, client-focused environment.
