Customer Support Specialist Position Type: Part Time Location: Philippines (Remote) Schedule: Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 11:00 PM Ph Time Salary Range: Php 30,000 - Php 40,000 per month ABOUT THE ROLE As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day customer support needs of the business. You will work closely with a small, collaborative team to address customer inquiries, resolve order-related concerns, and assist with subscription management while maintaining a positive and trustworthy customer relationship. This is a part-time position of approximately 20 hours per week, with the opportunity to transition into a full-time role as the business continues to grow.
