Customer Success Representative

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Representative based in Canada. As a Customer Success Representative, you’ll be one of the first members of a new Canadian customer-facing team and help shape how it grows. You’ll support French- and English-speaking customers across live chat, email, and other communication channels. Your role will focus on understanding customer needs, resolving issues efficiently, and providing a genuinely human support experience. You’ll take ownership of customer problems from first contact through resolution, working with other teams when needed. You’ll collaborate closely with an established international Customer Success team while sharing insights from Canadian customers. The role offers meaningful autonomy and the opportunity to contribute ideas as new processes and ways of working are developed. This is a fully remote, shift-based position covering both morning and evening schedules across Canada.
