Customer Success Operations Specialist

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Operations Specialist based in India. This role is central to supporting customer success teams through accurate, efficient, and well-managed commercial operations.You will manage renewal activities, create quotes, support customer-facing teams, and help ensure contracts and orders move smoothly through the operational cycle.The position requires close collaboration across Customer Success, Sales, Channel, Operations, and Billing functions.You will also act as a data steward, helping maintain accurate customer, partner, and prospect information within Salesforce.Your attention to detail will directly contribute to reliable quoting, billing, renewals, and customer experiences.This is a remote opportunity suited to an organized, proactive professional who enjoys solving operational challenges and improving processes.The role follows working hours from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and is based remotely in Bengaluru, India.
