Customer Success Manager, Advertising (Retail Search)

Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Manager, Advertising (Retail Search) based in the United States. This role is focused on helping enterprise brands drive profitable revenue growth through retail media search advertising. You’ll manage advertising campaigns and budgets across major marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and other retail platforms. Working directly with enterprise customers, you’ll translate business goals into joint success plans and measurable advertising strategies. The role combines hands-on campaign execution, performance analysis, customer success, and strategic consulting. You’ll use data to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and clearly demonstrate business value throughout the customer engagement. This is a results-driven, analytical environment where strong ownership, communication, and eCommerce advertising expertise are essential.
