Customer Success Leader (Remote, US-based)

Liquibase is hiring a Customer Success Leader to lead and scale our Customer Success organization, with direct oversight of our Customer Success Account Executives, who own the customer relationship, renewal, and expansion motion.

This is a leadership role for someone who can build repeatable processes, develop high-performing managers and individual contributors, and act as a strategic partner to Sales, Product, and Engineering. You'll be accountable for net revenue retention, customer health, and the overall customer experience across our post-sale journey.
