Customer Success Coordinator

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Success Coordinator based in the United States. This is a customer-focused role supporting clients throughout their onboarding and ongoing journey with a fitness and wellness platform.You’ll serve as a key point of contact for new clients, helping them navigate programs, answer questions, and overcome onboarding barriers.The role combines relationship building, proactive support, retention, and identifying opportunities for continued engagement.You’ll collaborate closely with customer success, coaching, operations, and leadership teams to resolve issues and create a seamless client experience.Success is measured through client satisfaction, responsiveness, onboarding progress, retention, and contribution to renewals and expansion opportunities.This is a high-energy, fully remote environment suited to someone who is empathetic, organized, proactive, and passionate about helping people achieve their goals.
