Customer Services Project Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, which manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Services Project Manager based in the United States. The Customer Services Project Manager will oversee complex electrical infrastructure and customer service projects from initial planning through execution, commissioning, and final delivery. This role combines project leadership, financial management, technical coordination, and customer relationship management across critical power distribution and electrical systems. You will lead multidisciplinary teams of engineers, field personnel, contractors, and external suppliers to deliver projects safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Working closely with customers and internal stakeholders, you will manage risks, contractual obligations, project schedules, and financial performance while ensuring transparent communication throughout the project lifecycle.
