About the Role The Customer Service & Dispatcher plays a critical role in the company's daily operations, ensuring all vendor-completed jobs are verified and documented each day. This role is both vendor and customer-facing and focuses on outbound calls, email confirmations, and accurate data entry into our systems. The right candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and an excellent communicator with clear, fluent English.
