About the Team The Customer Marketing team showcases real-world customer outcomes through storytelling, proof, and structured advocacy programs. We partner closely with GTM, Product Marketing, Comms, Brand, Events, Creative, Sales, and regional teams to support launches, shape industry narratives, and strengthen OpenAI's position across key verticals. About the Role We are hiring a Customer Marketing Manager focused on B2B social storytelling and advocacy. This role will support OpenAI's customer stories, advocacy programs, enterprise launches, and brand campaigns with fresh, platform-native content across LinkedIn, X, and YouTube. You will concept new content formats, shape briefs for the B2B Design Pod, guide hooks and narrative direction, and help customer and advocate voices travel clearly across OpenAI's highest-impact channels. This role will be based in San Francisco and available in the office 3 days per week.
