This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Journeys Consultant (AJO) based in Switzerland. Lead sophisticated customer journey and marketing technology implementations for enterprise B2C and B2B clients.You’ll combine technical consulting, marketing automation, personalization, and customer experience expertise to turn business goals into scalable solutions.The role has a strong focus on Adobe Customer Journey technologies, including Adobe Journey Optimizer, Marketo, Campaign, and Target.You’ll work closely with strategy, data, design, Product, Engineering, sales, and engagement teams to deliver measurable customer outcomes.Your expertise will help clients improve personalization, experimentation, conversion, and lifecycle marketing performance.You’ll also contribute to reusable delivery frameworks, mentor colleagues, and provide technical leadership across complex engagements.This is a full-time remote consulting opportunity supporting enterprise clients across North America, with collaboration aligned to Central Time.
