Customer Growth Manager

This is a commercially minded, customer-facing role focused on turning product engagement into sustainable customer growth.You will manage relationships from post-demo engagement through activation, retention, expansion, and referrals.The role combines customer success, account management, product expertise, and revenue growth in a B2B SaaS environment.You will work directly with prospects and customers to solve real creative and production challenges inside the platform.A strong understanding of modern creative workflows will help you build credibility with designers, marketers, agencies, and brands.You will also reengage dormant opportunities, identify expansion opportunities, and develop customer advocacy.Success will be measured through product adoption, conversion, retention, expansion, and referral-driven growth.
