Customer Business Manager

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Customer Business Manager based in United States. This is an opportunity to manage and grow strategic customer relationships across fast-growing consumer packaged goods channels. You’ll oversee accounts across Convenience, Drug, Limited Assortment, and Military channels, translating broader sales strategies into customer-focused plans. The role combines commercial ownership with forecasting, trade spend management, retail execution, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll use sales and consumer data to identify opportunities, make informed decisions, and deliver against revenue and profitability objectives. You’ll also work closely with brokers and internal teams to strengthen customer partnerships and execute growth initiatives. This remote field position offers the opportunity to make a direct impact on distribution, promotion, innovation, and retail media across a diverse customer portfolio.
