CSFE Instructional Designer

The CSFE Instructional Designer will create and develop effective training solutions supporting critical government and defense missions.This senior-level role focuses on designing instructional approaches, interactive courseware, assessments, and technology-enabled learning experiences.You will analyze training requirements and translate them into clear objectives, instructionally sound materials, and evaluation methods.The position offers the opportunity to collaborate closely with subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy and mission relevance.You will contribute to Navy training and curriculum development while supporting course updates, test development, and production workflows.The role combines instructional design expertise with modern digital tools, including Microsoft Office 365 and specialized training authoring platforms.This is a fully remote opportunity offering meaningful mission impact, professional growth, and a flexible work environment.
