CRM Production Manager

This role serves as the operational and technical engine behind a sophisticated multi-channel CRM program. You will translate marketing strategy into scalable customer journeys across email, push, SMS, in-app messaging, and emerging channels. The position combines campaign production, audience segmentation, journey architecture, data integrity, personalization, and CRM technology management. You will work across strategy, systems, content, and execution while helping establish stronger production standards and workflows.
