This hands-on role strengthens the technical and operational foundation behind lifecycle marketing programs.You will serve as a CRM platform expert, helping teams use data, automation, segmentation, and personalization to create more relevant customer experiences.The position combines Braze expertise with data operations, campaign execution, troubleshooting, quality assurance, and process improvement.You will collaborate closely with Lifecycle Marketing, Data Engineering, Product, MarTech, and Ads teams to keep programs running efficiently.A key focus will be building scalable frameworks, reusable campaign components, and reliable processes that enable teams to move faster.You will also help unlock new personalization opportunities while ensuring campaign data, integrations, and workflows remain accurate and dependable.This is an ideal environment for a technically strong CRM professional who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and turning complex data into effective marketing operations.
