CRM Consultant

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CRM Consultant based in Brazil. As a CRM Consultant, you will play a key role in delivering, optimizing, and managing multichannel customer engagement campaigns in a dynamic, remote-first environment. You will translate established marketing strategies into effective, personalized campaigns that enhance customer experiences and drive measurable results. Working across channels such as email, SMS, push notifications, content cards, and WhatsApp, you will leverage marketing automation platforms to deliver impactful communications. You will collaborate closely with international clients and cross-functional teams to ensure seamless campaign execution and operational excellence. This role combines technical expertise, data-driven decision-making, and client relationship management.
