This is a senior architecture role focused on designing and evolving enterprise-grade Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement solutions. You will lead complex CRM implementations, integrations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives from end to end. The role combines hands-on technical expertise with architectural leadership across business, technology, and delivery teams. You will translate strategic business needs into scalable, secure, and high-performing CRM architectures. You will also help shape governance, modernization, and adoption of Microsoft Power Platform and Azure capabilities. The environment is technology-driven, collaborative, and focused on delivering measurable value through customer experience transformation.
