Creative Strategist (Performance)

We are seeking a data-driven and commercially minded Creative Strategist to develop high-performing advertising concepts that turn customer insights into measurable growth. In this fully remote role, you will work within a growth marketing team, owning the weekly production of creative briefs and scripts across video, static, user-generated content (UGC), and AI-generated formats. You will partner closely with a dedicated video editor and collaborate with growth, brand, design, and creator teams to deliver compelling campaigns across paid social and advertising platforms. By combining creative experimentation with performance analytics, you will identify winning concepts, refine existing ads, and continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
