This role is responsible for keeping creative projects organized, prioritized, and moving efficiently from initial intake through final delivery.You will coordinate multiple workstreams across a growing portfolio of consumer brands in a fast-paced environment.Working closely with Creative, Brand, Marketing, Purchasing, and other stakeholders, you will translate creative needs into clear plans, timelines, and deliverables.You will help balance internal and freelance resources while protecting team capacity and project deadlines.The position also provides exposure to packaging, print production, digital assets, and broader creative operations.Success requires a process-oriented mindset, strong communication, excellent organization, and the ability to anticipate and resolve issues proactively.This is a remote, full-time opportunity with minimal travel and meaningful ownership over the operational engine supporting creative work.
