The position combines people leadership, performance creative strategy, operational excellence, and cross-functional collaboration. You’ll build the systems, workflows, and automation needed to increase creative output while improving speed and quality. Working closely with Product, Product Marketing, and User Acquisition teams, you’ll ensure creative priorities are aligned with business and testing needs. This is also a strong leadership growth opportunity, with a defined path toward broader ownership of creative production.
