Creative Producer (Performance Marketing)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Producer (Performance Marketing) based in Greece. As a Creative Producer, you’ll own the creative production engine supporting user acquisition and performance marketing across multiple digital products. You’ll oversee the full lifecycle of video, static, GIF, and landing-page creatives, from concept development through delivery and publication. You’ll combine creative judgment with performance data to identify what to scale, iterate, or stop. The role offers significant ownership, with an expectation that you proactively develop new concepts rather than simply execute briefs. You’ll collaborate with designers, developers, freelance creatives, agencies, and marketing teams in a fully remote environment. You’ll also work hands-on with AI-powered creative tools and mobile-first advertising formats across platforms such as Meta and TikTok.
