Creative Director / Producer

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Director / Producer based in the United States. We are looking for a highly creative and detail-oriented Creative Director / Producer to shape the storytelling and production quality of a growing YouTube golf channel. In this high-ownership role, you will oversee the creative process from initial concepts and pre-production through final edits and publication. Working closely with a distributed team of editors, designers, and production specialists, you will turn raw footage into compelling, engaging content that keeps viewers watching. You will develop narratives, create scripts and voiceovers, and guide every stage of the editing pipeline. This is an opportunity to influence the channel's long-term creative vision, raise production standards, and help build an outstanding destination for golf and sports content. The position is remote and part-time, with the possibility of expanding to full-time as the channel grows.
