Creative Director, Brand (Contract)

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Creative Director, Brand (Contract) based in United States. This senior creative leadership role will shape the creative direction and brand expression of a fast-moving, design-led organization. You’ll turn business objectives into distinctive campaign ideas and guide creative work from concept through launch across multiple channels. The role combines strategic leadership with hands-on creative involvement, spanning design, motion, illustration, photography, copy, packaging, social, retail, and partnerships. You’ll lead and develop a high-performing creative team while establishing strong standards for craft, conceptual thinking, and execution. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you’ll bring creative thinking into strategy and help build a brand that is memorable, playful, and emotionally resonant. As the organization grows, you’ll also help shape its creative culture, processes, and operating rhythms.
