CPG Marketing Associate Account Director

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a CPG Marketing Associate Account Director based in Brazil . This role serves as a strategic day-to-day partner for a portfolio of 4–6 consumer packaged goods accounts, spanning beauty, personal care, wellness, and food and beverage. You’ll connect marketing performance to broader revenue and growth objectives across DTC, retail, and Amazon ecosystems. The position combines client leadership, cross-channel strategy, performance analysis, and team coordination. You’ll work closely with senior client stakeholders and internal specialists across paid media, SEO, content, influencer, and creative. The role requires a strong understanding of omnichannel dynamics and the ability to turn complex data into clear business recommendations. You’ll also leverage AI-enabled tools and performance intelligence to identify opportunities, improve decision-making, and drive measurable client outcomes.
