ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking a Country Leader, Japan to lead our Strategic Enterprise segment focused on high-value, fast-growing digital native businesses in Japan. This team will be the first line of communication with startups that have the potential to become Cursor’s largest enterprise customers in the future. You’ll manage, coach, and grow a founding team of Strategic Enterprise AEs responsible for high-velocity sales cycles, true-up processes, and rapid response to inbound leads.
