As our Corporate Counsel you will be responsible for a generalist portfolio of corporate matters such as entity management, US state filings, audit inquiries, corporate policies, insurance coverage oversight, commercial negotiation, corporate litigation and disputes, intellectual property work, and ensuring compliance with global and local laws and regulations.
