This role supports the smooth and timely processing of clinical research submissions in a highly regulated environment.You will serve as a key point of contact for sponsors, CROs, investigators, and site teams throughout the submission process.The position combines client service, administrative coordination, document review, and operational support.You will help identify missing information, resolve submission issues, and keep work moving within established turnaround times.Accuracy, responsiveness, and attention to detail will be essential to maintaining high-quality service and minimizing errors.The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements, training, and broader operational initiatives.This is a fully remote U.S. position suited to someone who enjoys structured work, collaboration, and making a meaningful contribution to clinical research.
