Our partner is looking for a Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) Lead — Remote, $80k-$120k/yr incl. based in Brazil. This is a high-impact growth role focused on building and operating a world-class experimentation engine across a high-volume consumer funnel.You will own the day-to-day CRO program across landing pages, intake flows, checkout, and other critical conversion points.Your work will directly influence paid efficiency, customer acquisition economics, and the ability to scale across multiple markets.The role is highly hands-on, combining hypothesis generation, experiment setup, rigorous QA, statistical analysis, and clear reporting.You will coordinate closely with Growth Engineers and Designers to keep a high-volume testing pipeline moving without bottlenecks.Working fully remotely, you will have significant autonomy while collaborating across European and US time zones when needed.This is an opportunity to make measurable improvements at speed and potentially grow into broader senior responsibilities within the performance organization.
