Control-M Support & Maintenance Engineer (L2/L3)

As a Support & Maintenance Engineer, you will help ensure the availability, reliability, and performance of enterprise batch processing environments. You will provide L2/L3 production support for BMC Control-M, managing scheduling, monitoring, troubleshooting, and workflow automation across distributed and mainframe platforms. The role combines hands-on technical administration with incident management, root cause analysis, and continuous improvement. You will work closely with application, infrastructure, database, and business teams in a 24x7 support environment. Your expertise will help keep business-critical workloads, file transfers, and automated processes running smoothly.
