Contract Recruiter

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Contract Recruiter based in the United States. This is an ongoing remote recruiting opportunity supporting a client with specialized hiring needs in the dental industry.The role focuses heavily on proactive sourcing rather than simply reviewing inbound applications.You’ll identify and engage candidates with specialized experience across dental laboratories, restorative dentistry, implants, crowns, bridges, and digital dentistry.You’ll own early-stage recruiting activities, from sourcing and screening through initial interviews and candidate presentation.The position combines independent execution with close communication and regular feedback to the recruiting team and hiring managers.You’ll work with modern recruiting tools including LinkedIn, BreezyHR, Indeed, and other approved sourcing platforms.This is a flexible 1099 contractor engagement expected to average approximately 30–40 hours per week, depending on hiring demand.
