You will own recruiting processes from initial requisition kickoff through offer acceptance and hire. The role combines strategic partnership with hiring managers, proactive sourcing, candidate evaluation, and hands-on pipeline management. You’ll recruit across both technical and non-technical functions, supporting teams in the United States and potentially international markets. Strong organization, communication, and independent decision-making will be essential as you manage multiple searches simultaneously.
