Consumer Services Marketing Account Director

This role leads a portfolio of consumer services accounts where lead quality, sales outcomes, and customer acquisition efficiency are the primary measures of success. You will act as a senior strategic partner to clients across areas such as home services, education, financial services, hospitality, and insurance. The position combines marketing strategy, performance analysis, client leadership, and commercial growth. You will identify growth constraints across audiences, markets, messaging, channels, and measurement, then turn those insights into actionable strategies. You will work closely with client sales and operations teams to connect marketing activity with the leads their businesses can actually convert. The role also includes coaching internal talent and using AI-enabled tools to improve efficiency, insight generation, and account performance.
