As a Consumer Experience Insights - Clinical Trials professional, you will turn digital and participant behavior data into actionable insights that improve clinical trial recruitment and engagement. You will connect patient, caregiver, and investigator experiences with clinical operations and recruitment outcomes. The role focuses on understanding the complete participant journey, from trial discovery and pre-screening through enrollment and retention. You will identify friction points, analyze drop-off risks, and help teams prioritize experience improvements. Working across clinical operations, recruitment, UX, marketing, and technology teams, you will translate complex analytics into clear recommendations.
