Consultor de Sustentação Salesforce

This role is focused on functional support and day-to-day sustainment of a Salesforce environment, helping users resolve issues and questions efficiently. You will act as a key connection between business users, internal teams, and global support teams. The position combines incident triage, Case management, technical documentation, data quality, and operational support. You will investigate problems, identify their root context, and ensure cases are properly documented and followed through to resolution. Strong organization and attention to detail will be essential for maintaining reliable processes and high-quality platform data.
