Consultative Pharmacy Technician

This remote role is an opportunity for an experienced pharmacy technician to support patients, providers, pharmacies, and clinical pharmacy teams.You will serve as a key point of contact for medication-related questions, administrative needs, and complex pharmacy issues.Working closely with clinical pharmacists, you will contribute to medication reconciliation, therapy management, disease management, and adherence initiatives.Your expertise will help address prior authorizations, formulary restrictions, prescription claim issues, and medication affordability challenges.The position combines advanced pharmacy operations with patient-focused support and requires strong independent judgment and problem-solving skills.You will collaborate across departments to help improve medication safety, efficiency, quality, and patient outcomes.This is a full-time, nationwide remote opportunity with a Monday-to-Friday schedule and no regular travel requirements.
