This role provides trusted technology support to independent financial advisors across Quebec and Eastern Canada.You’ll help users resolve technology issues, navigate approved tools and services, and maintain productive day-to-day operations.The position combines hands-on technical support, troubleshooting, user education, and coordination with internal technology teams.You’ll also provide practical guidance on cybersecurity, data handling, technology risks, and approved technology standards.The role is highly service-oriented and requires the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, practical guidance for users with varying levels of technical expertise.You’ll work in both French and English while supporting a geographically distributed advisor community and collaborating with internal partners.This is an excellent opportunity for an organized, responsive technology professional who enjoys solving problems and building trusted relationships with users.
