Compliance Officer - Canada (CAMLO)

Canada is a core corridor, and the person in this seat is the most senior compliance voice in the country. You own the AML programme end to end, hold the FINTRAC relationship, and are the designated compliance officer on the Canada entity's books. This is a fully remote role that reports to the Canada entity Board of Directors and the Global Head of Compliance. You will be the primary expert on the RPAA as it comes into force, manage banking and payments partner obligations, and represent LemFi with regulators and law enforcement.
