Compliance Data and Reporting Analyst

Help strengthen consumer compliance and risk management by transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that support informed business decisions and regulatory oversight. In this remote role, you will develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytical tools that monitor compliance risks across products, services, business channels, and third-party relationships. You will collaborate with risk management, business operations, internal audit, and technology teams to improve data quality, reporting accuracy, and compliance monitoring. Your work will support critical programs, including fair lending, the Community Reinvestment Act (CRA), complaint management, and regulatory change management.
