The Compensation and Benefits Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring employees receive accurate, timely, and high-quality support across compensation and benefits programs. This position combines day-to-day administration with opportunities to contribute to compensation processes, compliance, reporting, and employee experience. You’ll work closely with HR, payroll, finance, internal stakeholders, and external benefit providers to keep programs running smoothly. The role offers broad exposure to compensation and benefits operations within a diverse workforce of nearly 1,000 employees. Attention to detail, data accuracy, confidentiality, and responsive customer service will be essential to success. You’ll also contribute to annual processes such as open enrollment and pay reviews while helping improve the efficiency and consistency of HR operations.
