This role offers the opportunity to support regulatory compliance and responsible lending initiatives within a financial services environment.You will help manage, validate, and analyze data that supports CRA and Fair Lending programs and regulatory reporting.The position combines data analysis, quality control, reporting, compliance monitoring, and cross-functional collaboration.You will play an important role in identifying trends, validating CRA-eligible activities, and supporting accurate regulatory submissions.The role also contributes to compliance self-assessments, examination preparation, and initiatives serving low- and moderate-income communities.Success requires strong analytical thinking, organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.This is an on-site position in Hauppauge, Long Island, New York, offering meaningful exposure to banking compliance and community-focused initiatives.
