Community Engagement Manager, Data Centres

This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Community Engagement Manager, Data Centres based in Canada. This role will serve as a trusted local representative for major data centre infrastructure initiatives across Alberta and surrounding markets.You will build long-term relationships with municipal and provincial stakeholders, community organizations, residents, and economic development partners.The position combines community affairs, public engagement, stakeholder management, and elements of government and communications work.You will help shape engagement strategies from early site selection through development, construction, and ongoing operations.A key part of the role is translating complex infrastructure plans into clear community benefits and surfacing concerns before they become risks.You will also help establish scalable engagement processes and playbooks that can support future infrastructure growth.The position is highly collaborative, independently driven, and requires regular regional travel of up to 50% of the time.
