Communications Manager, Global Programs

This role leads strategic communications that translate complex global protection programs into clear, compelling messages for broad audiences.You will shape positioning and messaging for high-impact initiatives addressing violence, exploitation, and human trafficking.Working across program, marketing, fundraising, regional, and media teams, you will create communications that are accurate, consistent, and audience-focused.The role combines strategic thinking, editorial excellence, storytelling, and cross-functional collaboration in a mission-driven global environment.You will develop scalable messaging frameworks and content systems that help teams communicate consistently across channels and audiences.Strong emphasis is placed on survivor-centered, culturally sensitive, and ethical storytelling.This is a remote U.S. opportunity, with a hybrid arrangement available for candidates based in the Washington, DC area.
