Commercial Risk Manager, EPC & Contracts

This is a senior commercial risk leadership opportunity within the rapidly evolving renewable energy and battery energy storage sector. You will help shape commercial strategy while ensuring robust risk management across complex projects and contracts. The role combines contract expertise, commercial judgment, risk analysis, and strategic decision-making across pre-contract and post-contract phases. You will partner with senior leadership, commercial teams, sales, engineering, and project execution stakeholders to identify risks and develop practical mitigation strategies. You’ll also help refine pricing approaches, governance processes, and approval frameworks in support of profitable growth.
