This role oversees critical documentation and closing activities within commercial equipment leasing and lending operations.You will ensure transactions meet credit approval conditions, due diligence standards, documentation requirements, and funding criteria.Working across sales, credit, customers, vendors, legal teams, and internal stakeholders, you will help keep transactions moving efficiently and accurately.The position combines operational ownership, risk awareness, detailed document review, and customer-focused problem solving.You will independently manage multiple workflows while resolving exceptions, post-closing requirements, and system alerts within established service levels.The role also provides opportunities to contribute to process improvements, special projects, training, and escalated issue resolution.This is a fully remote, full-time opportunity suited to an experienced financial services professional with strong organizational and analytical skills.
