Commercial Counsel Remote The Commercial Legal team at Chainalysis advises both internal and external stakeholders on the forefront of cryptocurrency/blockchain data analytics and is a critical stakeholder in helping drive revenue across the business. Our job is to ensure the company continues its rapid growth by employing sound and risk appropriate judgment to support the Go to Market Team and other functions with commercial contract negotiations and wider commercialization and revenue generating activities. As Commercial Counsel, you will be integral in scaling out the global, commercial legal function at Chainalysis and driving smart revenue for the company. In this role, you’ll: - Create, review, negotiate, and manage a variety of data services and SaaS commercial agreements, for both private and public sector customers globally - Develop a strong rapport and work in collaboration with our go-to-market, operations, marketing, infosec, engineering and product teams in connection with our transactional goals - Work through data privacy (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) and security issues in complex commercial transactions - Prioritize internal client and external customer satisfaction, while p
