A Little More About The role: As our Insurance Communications Specialist, you’ll help scale the communications infrastructure that supports our member-experience and benefit-education efforts. Reporting to Gravie’s Product and Member Marketing Leader, you’ll help operationalize campaigns, enable CRM workflows, coordinate vendor communications, and audit collateral to ensure our messaging meets the high standard Gravie demands. This is a high-impact role where you’ll help ensure that our members receive clear, consistent, and brand-aligned communications.
