Coding Educator

This is a remote healthcare education role focused on improving provider documentation and medical coding quality.You will use coding expertise, data analysis, and provider education to identify opportunities for better documentation and compliance.The role combines analytical work with direct engagement, including educational sessions, presentations, webinars, and occasional onsite provider visits.You will analyze coding trends, audit findings, and large datasets to identify risk areas and develop targeted educational interventions.Working with provider-facing and cross-functional teams, you will help strengthen documentation, data integrity, and operational workflows.The position offers an opportunity to apply medical coding knowledge to Medicare risk adjustment and value-based healthcare initiatives.Success requires strong communication, analytical thinking, presentation skills, and the ability to translate complex coding concepts into practical guidance.
