CMDB / CSDM Analyst (ServiceNow)

At Rehire, we are partnering with an international organization to find a CMDB / CSDM Analyst (ServiceNow) to join a long-term global project. We're looking for a highly skilled professional with strong expertise in ServiceNow, CMDB, CSDM, and IT Operations Management (ITOM) who is passionate about improving data quality, optimizing IT service management, and building scalable enterprise solutions. Responsibilities: · Maintain the accuracy, integrity, and maturity of the ServiceNow CMDB aligned with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM). · Monitor CMDB health dashboards and remediate duplicate, orphaned, or stale Configuration Items (CIs). · Implement and enforce CSDM standards across Business Applications, Application Services, and Technical Services. · Configure and maintain ServiceNow Discovery, Service Mapping, and data integrations. · Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and workflows. · Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and recommend technical solutions. · Design and develop ServiceNow workflows, integrations, and platform enhancements. · Support platform administration, upgrades, deployments, and ongoing maintenance. · Lead worksh...
