This remote role is an opportunity to support and optimize complex Azure environments across multiple client accounts.You’ll join a cloud escalations team responsible for resolving high-priority technical issues and maintaining reliable infrastructure.The position combines hands-on cloud administration, networking, security, automation, and incident management.You’ll work with technologies including Azure, Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Site Recovery, Windows and Linux servers, and virtualization platforms.The role also offers significant exposure to Infrastructure as Code, scripting, CI/CD, monitoring, and disaster recovery practices.Strong client communication and problem-solving skills are essential, as you’ll translate complex technical challenges into clear solutions.As part of a collaborative managed-services environment, you’ll help maintain secure, compliant, and high-performing cloud operations for diverse customers.
